The BIS has published an annual report on the progress of the Government’s Employment Law Review

The BIS has published an annual report on the progress of the Government’s Employment Law Review, which summarises the areas of employment law which will be changing or are currently under review. The report confirms in relation to Mr Justice Underhill’s review of tribunal rules and procedures that he sees the principles underpinning the Review as shorter Rules, using simpler language and supported by practical guidance.
