BIS has published updated guidance on the Transfer of Undertakings (Protection of Employment) Regulations 2006 (TUPE 2006), incorporating the Collective Redundancies and Transfer of Undertakings (Protection of Employment) (Amendment) Regulations 2014, which come into force on 31 January 2014. The box on Page 6 summarises the main changes introduced by the 2014 Regulations.
