Ravi Chand is currently Chief People Officer at Department for International Development (DFID), with responsibility for; People, Operations, IT and systems, Estates and change. DfID operates in 32 countries. Prior to this post, he was HR Director. Workforce Management & Planning for Her Majesty’s Revenue & Customs (HMRC).
