Each month, we interview an HR Director for our flagship publication and now, across our online platforms, we are proud to announce a video version, in which the interviewee responds to six key questions, designed to really gain an understanding of the challenges that HR is facing in this disruptive world and how they are adapting their organisation for the future or work.

Peter Banks, Founder & Managing Director of theHRDIRECTOR commented: “The interviews in the publication have always provided a fascinating insight into different business challenges across sectors. No matter the size of organisation, and how complex the world of work becomes, senior HR has this resilience and curiosity for finding ways to meet the changes that are re-shaping the world of work and commerce. The new Video Interviews, which will be published across our digital formats, will enable us to share this valuable content to an even wider audience of senior HR practitioners across the globe”.

The video interviews will be published online at www.thehrdirector.com and shared on our HRDTV You Tube channel https://www.youtube.com/thehrdirector and will build to offer a comprehensive vault across a variety of organisations of all sizes, sectors and industries.

In this first video interview, we talk to David Blackburn, Chief People Officer at the Financial Services Compensation Scheme.
