Activate is our residential apprentice development programme, designed to develop the skills and behaviours apprentices need to succeed, using a unique combination of adventure activities, personal reflection and external assessment.
PGL is the UK’s leading provider of outdoor education, with 22 residential centres across the UK and France. We train hundreds of our own apprentices each year and welcome thousands of school leavers participating in the National Citizen Service scheme.
We are an Ofsted-rated ‘Good’ provider, and as an Education and Skills Funding Agency (ESFA) accredited training provider for apprentices, we comply with levy funding guidelines for employers.
