Making better people decisions and driving business growth

29th May 2012 | Central Hall Westminster | London

The effective use of technology is transforming HR’s role within the organisation – and its ability to deliver strategic impact. Technology can change the way in which HR operates and interacts with the business.

As technology begins to play an increasingly important role in the delivery of people strategy, HR must evolve the capability to use these technologies to their maximum effect. It is those HR Directors that can effectively leverage the benefits of technology that will make better, quicker and smarter people decisions – and drive competitive advantage.

Taking place in London on 29th May 2012 Enabling HR through Technology is a strategic conference for HR Directors examining how harnessing technology enables HR strategy and processes, improves business performance and drives organisational effectiveness.

From opening keynotes investigating how technology is permeating every corner of the workplace delegates will gain a clear understanding of how the future of HR is being shaped by technology, and the and the key success factors in delivering ROI from current and emerging solutions.

Throughout the rest of the conference delegates can choose the sessions which best suit their business challenges.

In the morning streamed sessions covering the ‘social business’, HR transformation and HCM and Talent analytics feature case study presentations from Telefonica Digital, Royal Mail, Thomson Reuters, Logica, The Howden Group and Enterprise Rent-A-Car.

The conference also includes a choice of panel sessions with a chance to debate and discuss either emerging technologies or building ‘technology proponent’ capability to enable HR to fully realise the benefits of technology.

In depth workshops covering Cloud, Shared Services and Organisational Planning will offer a chance for a close practical look at critical enabling technologies and how to leverage these within the organisation.

Attend this event to:

• Discover how to leverage true business benefits and create business impact from HR technology

• Hear from leading HR directors on how they are utilising technology to realise HR strategy and objectives
