Geraldine Fraser

Geraldine Fraser, a deeply experienced HR leader with more than 30 years of leadership roles across multiple companies and countries is appointed as Chief Human Resources Officer at Pladis.

Geraldine joins from Royal FrieslandCampina, one of the world’s largest multinational Dairy Nutrition Companies, where she was Chief People Officer and served as a member of the company’s Executive Board and Leadership Team. Among her many achievements, Geraldine has developed people and organisational strategies and created a winning culture programme that has consistently exceeded the global benchmark. Previously, Geraldine led HR for Diageo in Asia, where she managed to increase women’s representation in leadership and boosted engagement.
