Investors in People’s sixth generation framework for 2015

Investors in People's management Framework for high performance through people enters its sixth generation of the Framework, combining nine key attributes of Outperformers that put people management at the heart of any organisation

The campaign consists of four specially designed adverts to launch the new Framework and demonstrate the Outperformance concept. The first advert launches later this month, followed by a further three highlighting; Leading, Supporting and Improving during March. OgilvyOne dnx, the B2B customer engagement specialist agency, has created a series of ads for Investors in People (IIP), in association with the UK Commission for Employment and Skills (UKCES).Drew Nicholson, CEO, OgilvyOne dnx said: “It has been a privilege working with UKCES to launch the new Framework. The new campaign showcases the organisation’s core values and purpose by emphasising the importance of people in business and placing them at the heart of the brand’s central messaging.”

Sir Dave Brailsford will discuss his unrivalled experience in developing teams to achieve Olympic Gold and his unique approach to developing Outperformers.
