Businesses need to ensure they are taking an active role in creating an equal environment for women at work. For years, women have faced inequality in position, pay, and even power, regardless of their job title. Not being able to access the same opportunities as their male counterparts is not only demotivating and disempowering, but can also lower employee morale.
