Domestic and General has announced Anna Capitanio as its new Chief People Officer and member of the D&G leadership team.

With 20 years of experience from a variety of sectors including, pharmaceuticals, telecommunications, hospitality and mining, Anna joins from BT, where she was HR Director across the consumer division. Prior to this, she was CPO at global talent and technology solutions businessm La Fosse Associates, which included responsibility for global diversity and inclusion. Anna will be responsible for building a culture that empowers and encourages collaboration, communication, learning and development across all levels.
