Delphine Leveneur

Delphine Leveneur, the newly appointed Chief Engagement Officer of The Valuable 500, brings over 16 years of invaluable experience in fostering diversity, equity, and inclusion (DE&I) within organizations. With a background in working closely with companies and their employees, Delphine has been instrumental in driving positive change in this space. Prior to joining The Valuable 500, she served as the Global Accommodations Program Manager at Meta and held a senior consultant role at the Business Disability Forum.

The Valuable 500, a global organisation of 500 partners and companies working together to end disability exclusion, announces the appointment of Delphine Leveneur as the new Chief Engagement Officer. Delphine will lead the new Engagement Team which will drive forward an ambitious new phase for Valuable 500 to foster more accessible and inclusive workplaces, marketplaces, and global communities.

Delphine brings over 16 years of expertise in working with organisations and their people to enact positive change on diversity, equity and inclusion (DE&I) issues. Prior to joining the Valuable 500, she was the Global Accommodations Program Manager at Meta and a Senior Consultant at Business Disability Forum.

As Chief Engagement Officer, Delphine leads the Valuable 500’s strategy to support their Companies and Partners to achieve progress against the three Synchronised Collective Actions in Leadership, Reporting, and Representation.
