Geoff Cawley FCIPD has joined SPD Development Company Ltd as their Global HR Director.  SPD is part of SPD Swiss Precision Diagnostics GmbH and is a world leader in the research, design and marketing of advanced consumer diagnostic products including the Clearblue® brand of pregnancy and ovulation tests.

Geoff has held a number of senior HR positions across a variety of sectors including Transport & Logistics, Professional Services, Pharmaceuticals and Financial Services.

As a member of the Global Executive leadership team at SPD, he will lead the HR team and drive the People Strategy including Cultural transformation and Process Improvement across the business.
