Barratt Developments plc. has appointed Sally Austin as Group HR Director and a member of the Barratt executive committee and will report to Chief Executive David Thomas.

Sally joins Barratt from Wincanton Plc, where she was Chief People Officer. Prior to that, she was Group HR Director for construction and engineering firm Costain Group plc. Sally has previously held HR Director positions in the retail, energy and financial services sectors and began her career in HR at BAE Systems and Eaton Corporation, where she held HR roles across; Europe, Middle East and Africa. Sally will be supporting the people strategy at Barratt, leading diversity & inclusion, engagement and talent management.
