KEW Technology, a UK based sustainable energy solutions company based in Birmingham, has announced the appointment of HR Manager Sharon Long to develop an HR service to support both the company’s growth and the retention and attraction of future talent.

Sharon has a varied and wide background in HR mainly in professional services, hospitality, and technical training. Her previous responsibilities include operational activities, organisational change, and employee relations through to staff engagement, training, and helping drive a positive and diverse culture.

CIPD qualified, Sharon will now work with the KEW team to support their mission and ambitious growth plans, two areas which attracted Sharon to the role. Her priorities will include developing a professional HR service which is key to building on the company’s success and development.

Sharon will work with the senior leadership team at their Great Charles Queensway head office in central Birmingham. She will be supported by Anisah Khan, a long-serving member of the team with an appetite and interest to learn more about HR services.
