The BIS have published an interactive template for a written statement of employment particulars.

The BIS have published an interactive template for a written statement of employment particulars. The example of the written statement is designed to meet the requirements of employment legislation under Part 1 of the Employment Rights Act 1996. Under Ss 1(1) and (2) of the Act an employer must give an employee a written statement of particulars of employment when he or she begins employment and the statement must be given not later than two months after employment starts. The template includes notes for completion, which gives guidance on the information to be entered into each of the 22 sections.
